ABOUT ME
My name is Britt; a professional photographer with a unique eye for a unique job. I am a recent graduate of Antonelli Institute of Art & Photography, having obtained an Associate's Degree in Specialized Technology. You may see several of my doll photos hanging on the walls of Antonelli. Beginning in September, I am attending Brooks Institute to pursue a Bachelors and possibly Masters Degree in Photography. I currently reside in Santa Barbara, California and occasionally in Warrington, Pennsylvania when I am home from school.
I pride myself in being able to work very well with my clients to help give them the best photographic experience possible, whatever the job may be. I specialize in many different (and unique) aspects of photography. The best way to explain my work is to invite you to view my various image galleries on this site and see for yourself.
My ultimate dream for the future is to become a space photographer for NASA. You may view a second website, dedicated to space travel for all mankind and that dream, here.
My career experiences include:
- United States Naval Academy
- National Air and Space Museum
- Lulu's Rescue
- Do You Need Me? Cleaning Professionals
- Yellow Moth Makeup
- Nicole Leigh Photography
Be sure to contact me for your photographic needs!
WHY MISCAST?
- Miscast v. - to be cast in an unsuitable role
The idea of miscast.net first came to me when I was thirteen years old. I had not quite discovered my passion for photography yet, but my goal was the same. I wanted to cast an image unlike anyone else had seen before. When I became a professional photographer in 2008, I carried the name "Miscast" to symbolize the dream that my work would not be chained to one genre. I am very passionate about all aspects of photography and hope that my clients too, realize that the uniqueness of my work cannot be categorized so easily.
